RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

We are here at Aurnie & Co. London making every single pieces handmade, we aim to fullfill our customer’s 
requirement with high quality products. However, if you are not satisfied please find our terms & 
conditions as below.

Once your order has been dispatched, order can not be cancelled or changed until it has been delivered.

You may feel the product is not to your expectation or any problem with sizing , and you may want to return 
it back to us. We have kept our return policy as simple as possible. The product can be returned within 14 days 
of purchasing and refund will be made into your account within 10 working days.

RETURN POLICIES
Each Item must be returned as new condition as before it was dispatched; in original packaging with all the 
labels & tags attached. Aurnie & Co. London will not able to accept return and arrange refund if the product 
have been worn, swing tickets and label are missing, and not in its original packaging. Please check and make 
sure all above are included before sending the product back. Any returns that are not new, clean and 
damaged will be sent back to the customer at their cost. This does not affect your statutory rights.

REFUND POLICIES
If you require a refund for your order, we will credit you the amount that you paid within 10 working days after
receiving the returned product, minus postage costs.  
The payback via paypal or credit card takes place after the goods are received by the seller within above 
timeline.

SHIPPING POLICIES 
For international shipment, the customer is responsible for any custom and import tax. Aurnie & Co. London 
are not be responsible in case of anyy damage to the outer packaging  during shipping process.

EXCHANGE
We do not have any exchange policy at Aurnie & Co. London currently. Instead, after complition of return & 
refunding process, you can simply buy your desired product. 

 

SALE ITEMS / LAST PIECES / COLOUR DEVIATIONS
All items that have been bought with discount are not able to be returned. 
Please consider that there can always be differences in color deviations between the original and the image. 
Items from the sale cannot be returned.
